Ramblings: Tales from Nomads – RV-A-GoGo

Ramblings

Jan 26, 2015 by Cherie Ve Ard 3 Comments

Meet Nancy & Betsy

rvagogoAfter professional careers in the zoo and wildlife field, Nancy and Betsy wanted a big change in life – so they started learning about full time RVing. Since 2010, they’ve been traveling the country volunteering and camp hosting to supplement their investment income.

We caught this interview with them last spring – and today they’re still on the road, currently camp hosting in the Florida panhandle and still loving the lifestyle with no intentions to stop anytime soon.

The entire video series can be explored at: https://www.technomadia.com/ramblings

What an excellent article and video interview. Yes, more women can and should get out there and become Full-Time RVers. I learned how to drive our 31 foot Class A RV in a couple of days. The big thing that helped me was putting stabilizer bar kit on the front to help keep the RV from swaying as much and practice, practice, practice. You go girls!

Thank you Cherie and Chris for your hard work on these videos. The Rambling series is one of my favorite parts of the work you do on Technomadia.com You have done an incredible job of introducing us to so many great people and I love hearing the stories of other nomads.

Betsy and Nancy have a great blog that I love reading and i probably never would have known about it had it not been for your introduction.

A BIG thanks to you for all you do for the nomadic community! I know it’s hard work, but I want you to know you are appreciated!
