License Plate Bingo! Play Along…

Vintage Bus (June 2011 - present)

Apr 17, 2013 by Cherie Ve Ard 29 Comments

Before we head out of Florida, we’re thinking of applying for personalized license plate tags for the bus and Mini – and even more so, we’d like it to be on one of Florida’s many speciality plates (to of course color coordinate!)

Our creative juices are not yet fully back online – so we’d like to ask for your help in coming up with snazzy plate names!

Here are some of the tag options we’ve already verified are available:

Screen Shot 2012-12-02 at 6.51.30 PM
‘Nomadia’ was the plate we had in South Dakota for many years.

Any other ideas?? Any of those particularly stand out for you?

We’d love to play around with words like: Zephyr, Technomads, Nomads, Technomadia, 4106, Serendipity, etc.

While Florida has a 7-letter limit on tags, we have a particular interest in coming up with a 5-letter names which opens up more options for speciality plates.

Got ideas? Send them our way in the comments. You can check name availability here.

(Pssst… there may be prizes involved!)

We’re traveling full time and hitting up mountain bike parks and other fun riding areas along the way doing “research” for our two bike related businesses: mtbparks.com and canfieldbrothers.com.
When it was time to hit the road last fall, we were stoked to find these two plates available for us: “LUV2” for the Sprinter and “RIDE” for our coach.
Wyoming limits you to 4 letters!
    🙂

That Cat has a big enough ego as it is, don’t you think? I could only imagine the looks you’d get with the KIKIBUS tag. “Uh, how about you scratch me here behind the ear and I’ll let you spend another night on my bus?”

How about TECHLVR C&C4106 TECHMAD (or MADTECH hehe) OTRTECH SLUMMIN

Dude.. Kiki already owns the bus!

Thanks for the ideas.. I riffed off that, and came up with OTR4VR, which has some potential.

    APPSRUS, GOTWIFI, NO_VACA, PSNTHRU, VOYAGE
