Technomadia – The People of 2010

Life on the Road Oliver Travel Trailer (July 2008 - May 2011) St. John Island Life (Winter 2010/2011) Travelogues

Dec 30, 2010 by Cherie Ve Ard 11 Comments

The thing that stands out the most for us about 2010 was the amazing number of people we had the pleasure of meeting up with.

Friends, old and new, and family. The best way to summarize it is with photos.

We’re so very blessed to have you along for the adventure.

Thank you for helping make our year amazing!

Great pictorial! Cherie, I am amazed at the number of different outfits I see you in. Where do they all fit in the trailer?

Great question… 🙂 It’s a combination of choosing clothing that can fold up easily and not wrinkle, and frequently rotating my wardrobe at thrift stores (fun and affordable!). We actually have a some pretty amazing storage space in the Oliver. I’m having more difficulty with the variety thing here in St. John, as we didn’t bring much over, and not much shopping to be done here.

Indeed! After our first year on the road, we had a whole bunch of pics of pretty places. But that didn’t even capture a small portion of what the journey is about for us. So we make conscious efforts to capture pictures of the people we connect with. Hope to include you in a future collage!

It brought me so much joy putting this together, and I grin ear to ear every time I look at it. I mean, how can you not with so many smiling happy faces looking at you from the people you adore?
