Attending the Lonely Planet Blogger Awards in San Francisco led us to meeting Melanie Waldman, the blogger behind the fabulous travel resource for couples Travels With Two. When she found out our next stop was the Los Angeles area, she quickly extended an invite for us to park at her place in an RV friendly area of Studio City.
Melanie and her husband Adam told us all about the local area and the history behind Studio City. On a walking tour of the Silver Triangle district, we stopped outside the CBS lot along the LA River for Melanie to share some of her local’s perspective with us to share with you.
Hanging out with Melanie and Adam was wonderful serendipity, and we wish we had scheduled more time in LA to hang out with them. We will return and do LA right next time!
